Gift Aid Declaration

Please read the following text before completing the form at the bottom of this page.

If you pay tax, even on savings, the Inland Revenue can add nearly 30% to your donation. Please complete the Gift Aid form below and click send.

Gift Aid Notes

  • Please notify us if you change your name or address.

  • You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying us. We will contact you at least once a year to check that you are willing and able to continue.

  • You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your donations in the tax year (currently 28p for every £1 you give).

  • If in the future your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and/or capital gains equal to the tax that we reclaim, you can cancel your declaration (see note 2).

  • If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your self assessment tax return.
