Whilst staying with its main platform of digital satellite TV broadcasts SAT-7 wants to explore and develop suitable media support strategies to better reach our existing young audiences and attract new audiences. We also have the following skill gaps:
Key areas where we would welcome support
We are also seeking to recruit administrative staff locally in Cyprus.
Our current policy is that western staff raise their own support when they seek to work at SAT-7. However we know that this can take time, and the rate of change in SAT-7, as we meet new technological challenges is very rapid. This is an important factor when recruiting, as job descriptions may change over time, and our needs increase.
Our aim wherever possible is to develop existing talent where we can, so we often welcome those who would like to work with us for a short time to share their skills and mentor our long term staff.
